THE CULINARY VISION OF CHEF JOSEPH MELLUSO

Joseph Melluso, a seasoned industry veteran with over five decades of experience, founded The Tin Fish Restaurant concept. Drawing on his extensive knowledge and passion for seafood, he developed a unique approach that emphasizes fresh, high-quality ingredients and expertly crafted dishes. From lean, grilled seafood to the signature, lightly breaded classics, every item on our menu is prepared with meticulous attention to detail.

Inspired by his early days working in fish markets and his formal culinary training, Joseph created a restaurant that embodies his love of seafood and commitment to excellence. The Tin Fish name, a nod to the restaurant’s historic location, has become synonymous with delicious, fresh seafood and a welcoming atmosphere.
